Hustler Conveyor Company originally known as Iron Hustler was founded in the
early 1960’s in Peoria, IL and served exclusively the scrap metal industry. Iron
Hustler was purchased by American Pulverizer in 1979 and relocated to St. Louis,
MO. The “Iron” was dropped and the new name became Hustler Conveyor Company.
In 1997 to meet the needs of increased product demand in the Recycling and Solid
Waste Industry, Hustler Conveyor moved to its new 40-acre location in O’Fallon,
MO.
Our plant has the most up to date equipment and machinery including a 500 Ton
Shear, a Plasma Cut Burn Table, 500 and 1000 Ton Press’s, Band Saw, Lathe, Iron
Worker, Roll Machine, (2) Vertical Mills, (2) Drill Press’s, (25) Mig Welders
and (2) Cranes in every bay.
Sales, Engineering and Administration all operate out of our general office
building located adjacent to the plant. |

Company designs, manufactures and provides the most economical and cost
effective solutions for your recycling, mixed solid waste and scrap processing
needs.
We offer a full line of conveyors which includes, D-4 Cat Track, Steel belt,
Roller Chain, Flat Sliders, Trough and Flat Idlers, Stackers, Oscillators,
Vibrating Feeders, Flexwall Conveyors and Bi-metallic Classifiers. To provide
the complete system, Hustler Conveyor Company also manufactures Eddy Current
Separators, Magnetic Separation Equipment, Trommels and Bale Breakers.
Hustler Conveyor staffs an in-house Engineering Department, which utilizes the
latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) to take your project from concept to reality.
Design changes are handled promptly and efficiently. Whether the project is
“Build to Print” or a new design, safety and reliability are always a major
consideration.
Our state of the art 100,000 square foot production and office complex enables
us to fabricate a complete line of conveyors. The plant includes 6 assembly
bays, 40’ wide by 100’ long. The size of our plant allows us to perform quality
testing of our equipment before it ships, assuring you of a smooth running
system. We also produce a complete line of replacement belts and parts for our
equipment and other OEM's.
