Astec Conveyors Limited specialise in the design and manufacture of conveyor systems, stand alone belt conveyors, roller conveyors, case conveyors and pallet conveyors, but our strength lies in designing customised equipment and complete turnkey materials handling conveyor systems.
With over 50 years combined experience within the materials handling, process and packaging industry handling small lightweight products, through to unit palletised loads, Astec has provided handling solutions for many blue chip companies, either directly or through O.E.M. customers.
Our in-house controls engineers have the experience to evaluate conveyor system parameters and define the optimum operating method for the application; ensuring the provision of essential interfaces and integration with other O.E.M. equipment such as case erectors, fillers, shrink wrappers, labellers, palletisers, robot cells, AGV systems etc.
Our conveyors project team can access individual requirements, however complex, to design and construct the most cost effective and highly efficient solution. As a manufacturer, we are not limited to offering a standard range of modular conveyors, but can design and competitively engineer customised conveyor systems most suited to meet your individual handling applications; which will perfectly integrate with existing systems and equipment.
At every stage, your contract will be supervised by our conveyor systems project manager, coordinating Astec conveyor systems installation teams and materials to ensure completion to agreed timescales and budget, with minimum disruption to ongoing business.

Astec Conveyors has for many years provided equipment and handling solutions for numerous blue chip companies from conception to completion. We are familiar with the strict hygiene requirements which are necessary when supplying equipment and conveyor systems for the food, drink, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
Additionally, we are recognised as a market leader for bespoke conveyor systems for the parcel sortation, distribution and warehousing sectors. We are proud to be on many of our customer's 'preferred supplier' lists for mechanical handling equipment and enjoy a high percentage of repeat business from our customers handling their conveyor system needs.
