TURNER MORRIS was established in 1936 as a small family run business, from inception, TURNER MORRIS has been involved in the supply of equipment to the construction and agricultural industries. In later years the activity was extended to the Industrial and Mining sectors.
The distribution of our products, including Hire, Repair and Service, is carried out through our branch network located in all the main areas of South Africa.
We believe that our products are only as good as the people responsible for the selling and back up service and to this end branches are allocated their respective geographical areas and their activities are restricted to that area. Each branch has its own hire fleet, workshop facilities and stock of spares and finished goods which are sourced from factories.
Over the years, in an effort to provide our branch network with competitive edge in terms of product sourcing, pricing, quality and availability, our group has invested considerable time and money in the enhancement of our manufacturing capacity. Today many of our products are, in the main, fully assembled or manufactured in our large factory located in Johannesburg. In order to provide our customers the optimal cost effective solution, not only do we have local manufacturing facilities but we also source certain of our product range from Global Markets.
