Product Description
Our new Palletiser P12, by means of performance and other features that are expected from a new generation machine, are very convincing. The most up-to-date technology makes this machine an investment for the future. E.g. is the bag flattening variable and can changes in demands be met. While conveying the product is evenly distributed in the bag by means of a vibration conveyor and smoothing plate, or flattened by a height adjustable press belt. The bag turner is frequency controlled assuring a soft start and a low wear out of brakes. The bag handling with variable bag turning (90°, 180°, 360°) handles the product with care and guarantees a lot less strain on the machine as was the case with previous models. By these means the maintenance intervals and costs are considerably reduced. In addition, frequency controlled row pusher and palletiser hoist, which operate in conjunction with each other ensure a pressure less layer forming. This all amounts to a profitable and cost conscious palletising of your product, which considerably reduces the cost of your production. The flex ability in operation makes it possible to handle a wide range of products.
