The High Speed Diverter features a tough, urethane plastic blade and is an
outstanding choice for high-capacity sorting applications. The typical discharge
motion is 90º with direction of travel on the sorter belt, allowing this
diverter to accommodate items of up to 5 feet (1.54 m) in length.
The plastic blade is produced from impact-absorbing urethane material. Because
of its low weight, the blade offers significantly reduced noise and nearly
double the life of standard steel blades. Controlled acceleration and
deceleration of the diverter blade using variable frequency drive (VFD)
solid-state electronics ensures many years of smooth and quiet operation.
