Product Description
 The premise for vacuum conveying is its simplicity of operation, inherent reliability and hygienic transfer of materials. Its basic principle is to convey the product from a feed or supply source into a delivery point suspended in a relatively uniform stream. This means there is no contact with any surface or moving parts of the equipment. The application of air pressure supplied via a vacuum pump creates a high enough air velocity and low enough solids to air ratio to move the materials in such a way.
Built-in quality
Advanced manufacturing techniques are the key elements in the quality of Pneuvac components and allow for the most finite tolerance of machined parts. Seamless welds are used throughout the construction of critical parts ensuring smooth, crevice-free joints. This not only facilitates cleaning, but is also especially important in the transfer of food and pharmaceutical products.
Design detail
Attention to detail is fundamental to the design philosophy of Pneuvac conveyors. Such as the machined sealing flanges on the PF feeder series, and standard USDA-complying inset 'O' rings. Even the smallest loader incorporates a multi-filter with solenoid valve actuation and reverse pulse jet filter cleaning.
Materials testing facilities
Comprehensive testing facilities offer customers the benefits of trial runs of their materials before any system is specified. This allows our engineers to optimise component parts and ensure their seamless integration into the most efficient operating system. New and existing systems can also be customized using standard Pneuvac equipment. Our design engineers are available to discuss any aspect of a customers' needs.
