DynaCon Modular Powered Roller Conveyors offer an energy saving way to
transfer products. Using one motorized roller per module, the motorized rollers
are energized and put into motion only when required; saving energy when not
being activated. The DynaCon Modular Power Roller Conveyors move product along
energized roller conveyor modules. As product is conveyed from one module to the
next, the power dissipates and the next conveyor module is energized, causing
the product to continue moving in the desired direction without wasting energy.
In order to maximize flexibility in configuration, modules are available in 5,
7, 9 and 11 roller sections. Modules of various lengths can be interchanged to
create the ideal conveyor length for each application. Modules can be added or
removed as needs change. Custom controls give the option for zero pressure
accumulation, indexing or standard conveyance. Low maintenance DC brushless
motors provide variable speeds from 0 - 200 feet per minute. Rollers on 4\"
centers convey containers weighing 0 - 100 lbs. DynaCon Modular Power Roller
Conveyors are available in widths of 18\", 24\", 30\" and 36\".
