Details
To increase productivity while lowering operating expenses, the modular plastic activated roller belt includes built-in rollers that protrude beyond the top and bottom of the belt to align multiple package dimensions and characteristics. Ideal for conveying applications where accurate positioning of cases, boxes and packages is essential, the system works with small/large, heavy/light, strapped or tied, fragile and non-standard shaped packages. The belt can reduce equipment manufacturing costs by up to 50% while cutting labor time needed to correct line stops and clear case jams. It may be used for singulation, sorting, center-line merging, descrambling for depalletizing, horizontal switching, line diverting and case turning applications.
