Schneider Packaging Equipment Co., Inc. recently unveiled its new Automatic Pallet Dispenser. The dispenser stacks and dispenses up to 15 same size pallets at speed of up to two pallets per minute.

Designed for easy loading, the Schneider Automatic Pallet Dispenser accommodates either 40" x 48" or 42" x 48" pallets, and can be customized to house various other types and styles of pallets. The low-level detection feature automatically alerts the operator when pallet levels are low.

While retaining a compact 10' X 16' footprint, the unit is constructed of a robust tubular welded steel, and can be configured for belt-over-roller, chain-driven live roller or drag-chain conveyors.

Schneider integrates with their systems a variety of ancillary equipment such as cartoners, conveyors, pallet dispensers, shuttle cars, elevators, coding/labeling equipment, product code scanners, weight checking, and stretch or shrink wrapping equipment, among others.
