Cost effective and simple to use, Dorner's latest line of motor controls features a building-block approach that provides standardized solutions for most conveying applications - from motor overload to precision indexing and positioning.

The new line of motor control solutions brings reduced pricing and increased flexibility to manufacturers, processors, integrators and machine builders. "The added value of this new line is two-fold," says Gary Wemmert, director of marketing for Dorner. "With input from our channel members, we were able to develop a line of controls that is easier to understand and provides more flexibility than our previous Impac line." Wemmert states the added flexibility can reduce pricing over the previous offering of controls by as much as 40%.

Dorner's prepackaged motor controls systems include:

All mounting hardware and can be pre-mounted on a conveyor prior to shipping. No field modifications mean quick start-up times.

Color coded Quick Connect/Disconnect input devices and motor cords for easy maintenance. No low voltage wiring means you can plug and play.

T-slot mounting for increased flexibility and ease of wiring. No high voltage wiring for added safety and serviceability.
A full range of standardized accessories such as photo eye brackets and lockout/tagout kits for increased performance and safety.

Each control unit is performance tested at Dorner and can even be pre-tested with actual product upon customer request. The controls are designed for optimal conveyor performance and the motors are engineered for unrivaled operation and longevity. Wash-down controls and optional Allen-Bradley starters are also available.
